Suzahn is an intense jazz singer with the inventiveness and dynamics of a great horn player. Her charm, sultry vocals and ability to play jazz guitar and sing simultaneously is a sight to behold. She is a renowned composer, jazz standard expert and vocal improviser with the ability to scat like a true master. She has worked with a long list of major musical artists including Vanessa Williams, Will Lee, Varvin “Smitty” Smith, Mel Lewis, Marc Cohen, Dick Oatts, Marc Egan, Shawn Colvin, Suzanne Vega, Donald Brown, Grady Tate, and Jaco Pastorius. One of Suzahn’s many composer credits is two songs in the Baseball Hall of Fame.
