Most of the selections above are sacred or classical. You may also choose contemporary music for your prelude, processional, ceremony, and recessional. Your religious traditions and preferences will be the deciding factor. While we have suggested certain selections for particular portions of your ceremony, ultimately the choice is yours. For example, you may choose Pachelbel’s Canon in D for prelude, bride’s maid processional or bride’s processional. Again, the decision is yours.
